Business Challenge
Replacement of their current running EBA system, written in Foxpro. The main challenge was to have a full SAP inbound and outbound API with the main ERP system in the hospital, to have a single sign-on setup with Microsoft Active Directory (AD). The program has to organise the purchases of goods and services of employees in the hospital in a working shopping cart environment and has to have different approvement levels and setups. It also has been adjusted for CBRN procurement, as obligated in the law in the Netherlands in 2011.

Solution
Net-Certo group has setup OpenERP v6 with a maintenance contract for this customer. The SAP inbound and outbound has been achieved via a direct python API interface. We installed OpenERP LDAP integration module for 1-on-1 communication with the Active Directory environment.  As replacement on the EBA functionalities a custom made module for the customer has been made.
 
Business Benefits
The hospital uses the core of OpenERP and in the future it can build on this core for extra modules.
The project has been done with a rather small budget compared to other ERP systems.

For a Financial Asset Managing company based in Austria providing service in Austria Germany etc. The client wanted an application to handle the various financial assets management of individuals and organization with automatic update of Market and Book values with Currency exchange rate and Stock servers, Asset reporting and financial account management. This application with various external server communications was aimed to be an efficient and complete solution for handling Financial Assets.

Solution
Net-Certo developed a customized Open ERP based application in order to meet all the client requirements. The application was mostly tested and used for a GTK client. The system handles regular entry the Financial Asset Statements as per the bank document, Transaction (Buy/Sell) in lots or as Single asset, Applying Exchange rates automatically with the Federal Bank (New York) server, Automatic update of the Market value of a particular asset and have its analysis against the book value and report on different factors. The customized financial management module handled the accounting related to a transaction, Profit Loss etc.

Integration of Joomla Virtuemart based e-shop application into Open ERP. Customization required in both Joomla as well as Open ERP. The development was done on version Joomla 1.5.

Solution
Net-Certo offered integration of customized Open ERP to an on-line e-shop based on Joomla. Apart from the mapping of Products and Taxes, the solution included automatic update of Sale orders in ERP created at the e-shop. SMS service to the order and delivery contacts, automatic print of sale order and special messages, bar code (EAN 13) interface. A continuous communication between both servers was achieved and states updated accordingly. Financial account management module was also implemented the whole processes and bank transactions. The French requirement also covered to implementation of localized tax rules for goods sold.

Completely customized modules using OpenERP was implemented to meet the customer requirements. Solution
The first phase was implementing a complete subscription module in which the main functionalities were, creating invoices according to billing cycle and handling different types of charges according to various packages. The charges can be one time, fixed in every billing cycle or on prorate basis. Prorate types will have a subscription period and a subscription interval parameters which gets updated in each invoice by the charge quantity. The package also has categories according to which the commission for each reseller can be defined.

Net-Certo (in co-operation with Zbeanz) developed a custom Open ERP work flow based documentation system to handle the processes at the Perishable Cargo department. This application handles the requirements of the CIAL website and the client-server application that would handle the work flow as existing at present and with EDI Scenario as well, warehouse management and other requirements of the Perishable Cargo Complex. The system will also provide various management information reports giving a summary of the cargo handling operation seamlessly. Both GTK and web interface is being implanted. The Airline, shipping agents are also given access to the system to make an efficient Cargo handling system.

Create a Drupal based Customer Support Portal for OpenERP. Project and Financial information should be provided.

Solution
Net-Certo developed a standard Drupal module which will create database tables within the current Drupal database. The module is able to select and assign an OpenERP partner to the Drupal site user. The module shows the the data of a customer in a Drupal way. Net-Certo combined OpenERP, PHP and XML­RPC together to push the data from the OpenERP database to the corresponding database tables of the Drupal database. A scheduler is designed to run in a fixed interval to synchronize the OpenERP data and the Drupal data. Drupal's permission system is utilized by the Drupal module to categorize the Drupal user and provide them different levels of information.
