OpenERP instant help / Live support



We perform a lot of work on project base but when you as a partner need instant help / live support we are also available for you. For urgent matters (bugs , support tickets, ...) you can make direct contact with our development team by making a support ticket. You can make a ticket by forwarding a mail or by registering your problems online where you are in direct contact with our development team.

We offer two types of live support :

  • Support for urgent matters: Our developers need to stop their current work and your problem/ticket has to be solved immediatly.
  • Support for non urgent matters : Our developers will take care of your problem during our dedicated support-help hours (09h00 - 13h00 GMT+1).

The price for ugent matters is higher than the price for non urgent matters.
