Soon Net-Certo group will launch two new modules for OpenERP V6
Net-Certo announces that they will launch two new modules made for OpenERP V6 (available for public download on this website within the following weeks). These new modules are made by Net-Certo itself.
Module 1: Subscription invoicing Our module can invoice products to customers on a regulary basis: once a month, once in 3 months, one a year,... Products can be combined into subscription packages and the periods that are mentioned on the invoice can also be calculated automatically. In the previous version of our subscription module (V5) the system automatically generated draft invoices. Now we have changed that approach. All recurrent invoices will now be booked as analytic lines from which an invoice can be generated. This way also other products can be combined on the recurrent invoice.
This module is ideal for every company that needs recurrent invoicing like Hosting providers, ISP companies, Service providers, ...
Module 2 : Follow-up with fines and levels Our module will calculate all open invoices based on there due date. Customers can be put into several groups so companies can make their follow-up/reminders based on the agreement they have with their customers (ex: reminders after 10 days , no reminders,...). Furthermore it is possible to put interest and administration fines onto each level of follow-up/reminder. This module will also generate a PDF file that you can send to your customers by post or mail.
Example: We have four groups of reminder settings : group 1: Normal remindering | group 2: extensive remindering | group 3: no reminders | group 4: immediate fines
Let's say we generally put our customers (partners) into group 1, customers that do not pay that well in group 2, our very good customers into group 3 and bad paying customers (they exist!) in group 4.
On each group we can put different levels based on the amount of days after DUE DATE.
Example customers from group 1 - normal remindering 8 days too late -> kind letter - no fine 15 days too late -> less kind letter - no fine 30 days too late -> letter with fine (10% interest + € 25 admin costs) 60 days too late -> claim with fine (10% interest + 12% admin costs) - -> The text for these letters can be setup in the module in different languages.
Example customers of group 2 - extensive remindering 1 day too late -> less kind letter - no fine 8 days too late -> letter with fine (10% interest + € 25 admin costs) 16 days too late -> claim with fine (10% interest + € 25 admin costs)
